The Devil’s Triangle – Book 1

Well, the first draft is complete and has been sent to my editor. I’m pretty pleased with it, but I have already identified some areas that are going to need more work before it will be ready to go to print. There are some interesting ideas that will be explored in this series. I hope to bring up a few fun crossover characters and mysteries as the story develops in the second and third books. Does anyone have a favourite disappearance story that they might like linked in? Amelia Earhart, Glenn Miller, Lord Lucan … there are so many to choose from.
This is the sort of boat the boys are driving when they disappear. Cool, eh?

Really looking forward to your next book.
I am doing an MA course in lit with the OU and, as I love fantasy (all because of reading The Lord of the Rings thirty five years ago) am thinking of focusing on fantasy novels and their origins. If you have any information that might be helpful for my dissertation I would be eternally grateful.

Hi Helen. Sorry to take a while to respond. My best suggestion to you is to google sffchronicles and have a look around there. The site is a mine of information, with lots of discussion about many of the top works of fantasy. If you link to my forum through the home page of my website, you will find that it is embedded within Chronicles Network.
Good luck with the dissertation. Sounds fascinating.

Hi Helen,
I’m not sure of the exact launch date, but suggest you keep an eye on amazon, as they normally know before I do. I’m just doing the edits on Book 2 at the moment, so I suspect it will launch around Christmas time. I hope that’s what you wanted to hear.
