First Darkweaver Translation!

I’m really, really excited to announce that for the very first time The Darkweaver Legacy series will be published by a major publisher - Random House Books in Germany. The books are available for pre-order on amazon.de and have been given covers that remind me very much of David Eddings’ Belgariad series - one of my favourite sets of books when I was a teenager. Here’s what they will look like:

the dragon in the title reminds me of Imperial spy, but i agree that the covers are alike those in ‘The Belgariad’ books. it’s funny looking how it relates to British covers of the Darkweaver series.

i love the fact that this seires links 2 the imperial series… i don know which one i love more!! i think i like the imperial seires best…

Your comment is very perceptive, Stephen - I believe that is deliberate. The Imperial books are selling very well in Germany and the publisher over there wants to capitalise on this by making sure readers see the link between the series.
I love the fact that everyone I speak to seems to have favourites different to my own, Megan. People often ask me which book I like the most from those I’ve written, but my answer is from the perspective of the writer, rather than that of the reader. I guess that makes a big difference.
