BBC interview - Prince William’s flying training

For those who missed it, here’s the interview I did on BBC breakfast regarding Prince William’s likely flying training:
Eeek! I look at this now and see how much I spluttered and stuttered for the first 30 seconds. How embarrassing! The reason for the momentary loss of calm was not the thought of the millions of viewers watching - more the fact that Bill had not mentioned I was now an author and I was frantically trying to think of how I could twist this fact into what I was saying. Once I gave up on that idea and concentrated properly on the interview I settled down noticeably.
It was great experience and I hope it won’t be my last. What particularly interested me was how slick the behind the scenes organisation was. I was in and out of the BBC building in under 15 minutes, including make up! (Eat your heart out, girls!) In fact it was most surreal. I was driving home along the motorway a few minutes later thinking ‘Did that really just happen?’

Excellent! Am very impressed and didn’t notice the spluttering at all. I thought you sounded very calm and confident. Shame they didn’t mention your books though.
Well done!
